Photography has been one of my most enduring interests. I received my first camera when I was ten, which was a fairly sophisticated Ricoh 35mm SLR. I've used other cameras along the way, mostly Pentax.

In December 2003, I made the move to digital. I did so reluctantly, thinking I wouldn't like it. Turns out I took to it like a duck to water. In fact, since getting my digital camera, I haven't taken a single picture on my old Pentax. My first digital camera was a Panasonic Lumix. This was a fantasic camera - in many ways, it still is. Although it's only 2.1 megapixels, it has a fabulous Leica lens with a 12x optical zoom, and it's capable of stunning photography. I now use a Nikon D7000, which is the best camera I've had the pleasure of using.

Click on the roll of film to see a small gallery of some of my favourite photos. There's a mixture of digital and scanned film images. I'm not a pro by any means. I'm just a guy who enjoys taking pictures.
